I love Amanda Palmer's interview with Tim Ferris. From about 12:30 to 25:00 she discusses how she developed her TED Talk (and other aspects of her art). She talks a lot about the importance of pairing down your message to one impactful point, the importance of language and even more importantly, the value of shutting up and listening sometimes. 

While she talks about everything in the context of creating art, the same principles apply to many of us at work – powerful storytelling, selling our ideas. Simplifying our message and making it as impactful and resonant as possible will help us succeed more than trying to cram everything into one conversation, one presentation or one report.

Fresh Dressed is about the role of fashion in hip hop culture and it's evolution over the years. This one happens to be produced by Nas and and directed by Sacha Jenkins so I'm sure it will be great.
